You'll work with a high school caseload, collaborating with staff and families while providing both instructional and case management support.

What Youll Bring:

  • Valid Colorado Special Education Certificate (required)
  • Experience (or strong interest) in working at the high school grade level
  • Collaborative communication skills with students, families, and staff
  • Commitment to individualized instruction and positive behavioral interventions
  • Strong organizational and case management skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for high school students
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to adapt curriculum and assessments
  • Provide direct instruction and academic intervention strategies tailored to students needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely case files and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Foster a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere conducive to learning

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.00 to $57.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
