Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado Special Education Teacher license (required)
• Prior experience teaching in a special education setting, preferably with elementary-aged students
• Ability to adapt lessons to meet individual student needs and IEP goals
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction and support to an elementary caseload in a center-based program
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with families and staff
• Assess student progress and adjust strategies to maximize learning outcomes
• Collaborate with instructional and support teams to promote student growth and engagement
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
