A rewarding contract opportunity is available for Special Education Teachers in the greater Lewisville area, with immediate openings for four enthusiastic professionals. This position runs through May 2027, working exclusively onsite in a supportive school environment dedicated to student growth and individual success.

Youll enjoy a manageable caseload (10-15 students each), focusing your expertise at a single elementary campus. Collaborate with caring colleagues, use your specialized SPED skills, and help empower students to thrive.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education (SPED) teaching license for Texas
• Experience working with elementary-aged students is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Dedication to individualized instruction and supportive classroom environments
• Ability to foster positive rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to each students IEP
• Develop lesson plans and behavioral supports aligned with student needs
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress regularly
• Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages growth and independence
