Special Education Teachers are sought for contract opportunities in the Massachusetts area. Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education License required
• Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (Masters preferred)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff
• Adaptability to work across various classroom settings and grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to ensure each students unique needs are met
• Deliver engaging instruction using evidence-based strategies tailored to students abilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and administrators to promote student success
• Utilize progress monitoring tools and assessments to track growth and adjust interventions as needed
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment to foster learning and growth
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
