Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Bachelors degree or higher in Education or related field
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong knowledge of various learning disabilities and teaching strategies
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and creativity in adapting to student needs
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, adapt, and deliver lesson plans based on individual student goals
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and other support staff
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding progress and strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to education planning
