This full-time, onsite contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through May 2027. As an itinerant educator, youll provide dedicated support and instruction to students with diverse learning needs across private parochial schools and additional campuses, playing a vital part in helping every child reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Kansas K-12 Special Education (SPED) teaching license required
• Experience working with students with varying disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instructional methods to individual student needs
• Flexibility for travel between school locations within the designated area

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specially designed instruction and interventions to meet students IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and administrators
• Manage and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), including assessment and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate records and documentation compliant with state and federal guidelines
• Serve as a resource for schools by sharing best practices and supporting inclusion initiatives
