Openings are available across elementary and intermediate school sites. Whether your experience is with life skills, autism programming, medically complex learners, or structured learning environments, there are tailored positions to fit your training.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold active Kansas Special Education Teacher licensure (required)
  • Flexible to teach in K-12 settings, with preference for prior experience in resource, life skills, SLC, autism, or medically fragile classrooms
  • Ability to collaborate closely with paraprofessionals, administrators, and general education staff
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environments
  • Strong organizational skills to manage IEPs, reports, and communication with families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct students using individualized lesson plans and evidence-based interventions
  • Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to accommodate a wide range of learning abilities
  • Supervise and guide paraprofessionals within the classroom
