Desired Qualifications:

• Current New Mexico Special Education (SPED) teaching license required
• Experience working with elementary-aged students and diverse learning needs
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Flexible, adaptable, and committed to creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom inclusion support and lead small group pullout sessions for PreK5th grade
• Develop and execute IEPs tailored to student strengths and needs
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records
