Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Kansas special education teaching license required
- Background in K-12 settings is highly valued

- Skilled in developing, writing, and modifying IEP goals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work across disciplines
- Experience in Kansas schools is a plus but not mandatory
- Commitment to supporting diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group instruction to students in resource room and/or self-contained classrooms
- Develop, implement, and regularly update IEPs tailored to student needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and administrators during IEP conferences and on daily programming
- Track student progress, adjust instruction, and maintain thorough documentation
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
