Inspire and support students as a Special Education Teacher working with grades K12 for the remainder of the current school year, with an exciting opportunity to extend through the 2026/2027 school year. Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Current Special Education Teacher license in New Hampshire
- Experience or confidence working with diverse grade levels: K5, 68, and/or 912
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Effective communication skills with students, families, and colleagues
- Flexibility and creativity in adapting teaching strategies to varied needs
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging instruction to students with special needs across designated grade levels
- Assess student progress, adapting plans to foster success
- Write and manage IEPs, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service staff, and support teams
- Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student achievements and needs
