Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and needs
- Adapt curriculum and instructional techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Monitor student progress, assess academic and social development, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet students unique needs
- Engage and communicate regularly with families and caregivers regarding student progress
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages growth and participation
- Participate in professional development and district meetings as required
