Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid MA SPED License required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
• Comfortable developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students IEP goals across a K-12 caseload
• Assess student progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to adjust strategies as needed
• Provide differentiated instruction and behavioral support to ensure each students academic and social success
• Maintain thorough records and documentation as required by state and district policies
• Engage in ongoing communication with families and school staff to build a strong support network for students
• Participate in professional development and staff meetings to stay current with best practices
