What you'll bring:
- Valid North Carolina SPED certification (required)
- Experience with elementary-aged students, particularly in behavior-focused settings

- Collaborative mindset, working closely with paraprofessionals and other team members
- Strong communication skills to interact with students, families, and staff
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills when addressing behavioral and academic needs
Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students IEP goals and behavioral plans
- Lead your classroom with the support of two paraprofessionals
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and inform instruction
- Communicate regularly with families and contribute during IEP meetings
