Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active Special Education teaching certification

• Ability to adapt instructional plans and strategies to meet individual needs
• Team-oriented mindset and flexibility to work in a dynamic school setting

Responsibilities in This Role:

• Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in alignment with student IEPs
• Assess student progress, track data, and consistently communicate results with team members and families
• Modify instruction, as needed, to support the success of students with a variety of learning challenges or disabilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development opportunities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
