Qualifications & Experience Sought:

Responsibilities in This Role:
- Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in alignment with student IEPs
- Assess student progress, track data, and consistently communicate results with team members and families
- Modify instruction, as needed, to support the success of students with a variety of learning challenges or disabilities
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development opportunities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
