Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and support for preschool children, ensuring educational practices are appropriately tailored to each childs developmental level
• Develop, implement, and track student progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Foster a nurturing, positive classroom environment where all students can thrive academically and socially
• Collaborate closely with families, school staff, and fellow educators to promote student success
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, materials, and accommodations to meet diverse learning needs
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification or licensure appropriate for preschool-aged students
• Experience working with early childhood or preschool-age special needs populations preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP process and documentation
