As a Special Education Teacher, you will shape the educational experience for students with diverse learning needs. The role involves working Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at a single school site. You will provide targeted support, foster growth, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching license in the state of Minnesota (fully licensed status required)
• Previous experience in a special education classroom preferred
• Ability to adapt instruction for varying levels of ability and diverse student populations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction tailored to students unique learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, parents, and support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational assessments

• Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and district guidelines
