Full-time contract opportunities are available for dedicated Special Education Teachers for the upcoming school year. These in-person roles span elementary, middle, and high school assignments, with a variety of classroom settings designed for those passionate about individualized instruction and inclusive education.
What Were Seeking:
- Valid MN Special Education (SPED) license tier 3 or 4 required
- Prior experience or strong interest in K-12 special education environments
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators
- Strong organizational skills for case management, IEP development, and progress tracking
- Committed to facilitating an engaging, supportive classroom for students with diverse needs
- Willingness to work on-site each day
Role Overview:
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students academic and social-emotional needs
- Teach in dedicated ASD (setting 3) classrooms and/or Special Education resource rooms across elementary, middle, and high school
- Track student goals, progress monitor, and adjust instruction as needed
- Communicate proactively with families, related service providers, and school staff
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom climate
- Adhere to state and district policies, maintaining accurate documentation
- Contribute to team meetings and professional development

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $39.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
