What youll bring:
- Valid MN SPED license
- Experience or strong interest in supporting elementary-aged students, especially in special education settings
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered classrooms

- Dedication to communicating effectively with families, staff, and administrators
Key responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to a small caseload (currently 5-7 students) in a 4th grade classroom environment
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique strengths and goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and other specialists to promote academic and social emotional growth
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in meetings to review student needs and adapt support strategies
- Engage in ongoing professional development and adopt best practices in special education
