Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction to a small caseload (currently 5-7 students) in a 4th grade classroom environment
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique strengths and goals
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and other specialists to promote academic and social emotional growth
  • Monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in meetings to review student needs and adapt support strategies
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and adopt best practices in special education
