Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each students needs and abilities
• Develop, update, and monitor IEPs, ensuring compliance and meaningful progress
• Employ evidence-based strategies to support students academically, socially, and behaviorally
• Work closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and specialists to support inclusion
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates on student progress and address concerns
• Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with school and district policies
• Actively contribute to IEP meetings, professional development, and other school activities
