Key Qualifications:

• Current Special Education (SPED) license in Wisconsin
• Prior experience in a professional school setting

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction based on IEP goals for elementary students
• Develop and implement lesson plans, accommodations, and modifications for diverse learning needs
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes accurately
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff
• Communicate consistently with families, providing updates and support to help every child thrive

Position Details:

• Onsite, with full workdays of seven hours, including a daily half-hour unpaid lunch
• Manage a caseload of K-5 elementary students, supporting their unique academic and behavioral goals
