What we look for:
- Valid Nebraska Special Education (SPED) teaching licenserequired for all applicants
- Previous experience working with middle school students with severe or multiple disabilities is highly preferred
- Patient, compassionate approach to individualized instruction
- Strong communication abilities to collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families
- Skilled in implementing IEPs, modifying curriculum, and using adaptive technology
- Enthusiasm for creating a positive, inclusive classroom culture
