Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Texas Special Education Teaching license
• Experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
• Skilled in adapting curricula and instructional strategies to meet unique student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each students IEP
• Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment focused on growth and independence
• Track progress and adjust instruction based on student data and IEP requirements
