Required Qualifications:
- Active Kentucky special education teacher license (required)
- Experience teaching within elementary, middle, or high school settings
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adjust Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with student needs and state guidelines
- Deliver quality instruction to students with a range of abilities, ensuring access to curriculum and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with general education staff, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records and providing updates as required
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development to support effective instruction
