This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 3rd, 2026 through May 21st, 2027, with likely additional pre- and post-planning days to ensure seamless transitions. The role involves serving a manageable caseload of approximately 8-9 students and offers the chance to collaborate closely with two cohesive teams of educators.

Qualifications:

• Current GaPSC Teaching Educator Certification with SPED General Curriculum endorsement required
• Experience working in inclusion settings strongly preferred
• Commitment to student growth and differentiated instruction
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Dependability and adaptability in a school-based environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, individualized instruction to students with varying special education needs within an inclusion model
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to foster a supportive learning environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for assigned students
• Conduct assessments and provide progress updates to parents and educational teams
• Foster positive and respectful classroom culture that promotes learning for all students
