A full-time opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher with case management responsibilities in Kingston, NH. This role offers the chance to work onsite supporting students from kindergarten through 9th grade in a focused, engaging educational environment.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 12-14 students across K-9th grades, primarily providing specialized instruction and small group support in reading, writing, and math. The position involves collaboration with educators and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress. Strong organizational skills are essential to effectively handle case management duties and ensure compliance with special education regulations.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Certification and experience as a Special Education Teacher
- Proven ability to manage a caseload and coordinate services for students with diverse learning needs
- Expertise in delivering instruction in reading, writing, and math to small groups
