Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to student IEPs for a range of grade levels (Pre-K through 12th grade)
• Differentiate instruction in core subjects, with a particular emphasis on Math, ensuring content accessibility for all learners
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
• Monitor, assess, and report on student growth, adjusting strategies as necessary
• Provide a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages confidence, independence, and active participation
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and ongoing program evaluation
