Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience with grade levels Pre-K, Kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, assessment, and implementation
• Proficiency in Math instruction and adapting curriculum for varied learner needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Flexibility to teach across multiple grade levels as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized lesson plans and behavior strategies
• Provide direct instruction in both resource and inclusive classroom settings
• Collaborate with general education teachers and service providers
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation for IEP compliance
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques
