Qualifications & Experience:

- Proficiency in adapting Math curriculum to diverse learning needs
- Strong classroom management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to student IEPs for a range of grade levels (Pre-K through 12th grade)
- Differentiate instruction in core subjects, with a particular emphasis on Math, ensuring content accessibility for all learners
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Monitor, assess, and report on student growth, adjusting strategies as necessary
- Provide a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages confidence, independence, and active participation
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and ongoing program evaluation
