• Flexibility to transition between different school sites and student age groups as needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction and support to students with special needs in accordance with IEP goals and state guidelines
• Adapt lesson plans and teaching methods to meet a range of learning abilities
• Monitor and document student progress, updating IEPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate effectively with parents, administrators, and colleagues to ensure student development
• Be prepared to adjust assignments, covering LTS Intervention Specialist vacancies throughout the school year
