An opportunity is available for a full-time Special Education Teacher with an Ohio Intervention Specialist license to serve a high school caseload. This contract position covers the current school year and is located in Middlefield, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for high school students with diverse learning needs
• Deliver specialized instruction aligned with state and district standards to support academic and social growth
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to meet learning goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including assessments and compliance reports

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist teaching license
• Experience working with high school students in a special education setting
• Strong knowledge of best practices in special education and differentiated instruction
• Ability to manage a high school caseload efficiently and effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
