What Were Looking For:

• Valid Special Education (SPED) teaching license
• Credentials and certifications required for K-12 instruction
• Experience or readiness to work with a variable caseload
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere for all students

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) for students with a range of needs in K-12 settings
• Assess student progress and adapt instruction to maximize growth and engagement
• Work closely with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
