Key Qualifications & Experience:
- K12 Special Education certification required (elementary focus for current opening).
- Previous experience as a special education teacher or case manager.
- Strong background in IEP management, progress monitoring, and compliance with regulations.
- Ability to work remotely in conjunction with on-site staff.
- Organized, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.
Core Responsibilities:
- Write, update, and maintain IEPs and support documentation.
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings with families and school staff.
- Monitor student progress and ensure legal and district compliance.
- Collaborate with school teams to support effective IEP implementation.
- Maintain a caseload capped at approximately 70 elementary-level students.
