Key Requirements:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification (Early Childhood/Pre-K focus preferred)
- Experience supporting early childhood or preschool age groups
- Ability to adapt instruction for a caseload size ranging from 8-18 students
- Strong collaborative skills; able to thrive within multidisciplinary teams
- Dedication to creating inclusive, engaging classroom environments
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to Pre-K students at the Early Childhood Center
- Collaborate with parents, paraprofessionals, and related service staff to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and tailor interventions as necessary
- Foster a supportive, welcoming environment that meets each childs developmental needs
