- Life Skills Teacher (2 openings)
- Autism Teacher
- Medically Fragile Teacher
- SLC (Structured Learning Center) Teacher
- Life Skills/SAILS Teacher
- Behavior Support Classroom (BSC) Teacher
Caseload sizes range from 8 to 18 students, providing an environment focused on individualized attention and support.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Kansas teaching licensure in Special Education is required
- Experience working with students across various disability categories including Autism, Life Skills, Medically Fragile, and Behavior Support classroom settings
- Ability to manage and deliver tailored education plans for diverse learner needs in both resource and self-contained classrooms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and families

Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Providing instruction and support to students in resource and self-contained classrooms
- Collaborating with school staff and families to promote student growth and inclusion
- Monitoring and documenting student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
