Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin Special Education (SPED) Licensure (required)
- Experience working with high school-aged students, preferably in cross-categorical special education
- Familiarity with a variety of disabilities and individualized learning plans
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 10-12 students in grades 9-12 with cross-categorical needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum and instructional methods to meet diverse learning styles
- Collaborate with general educators, families, and support staff to maximize student success
- Track student progress and participate in school meetings as required
