- Communicate progress and collaborate effectively with parents and guardians
- Utilize data-driven strategies to monitor student growth and adjust instruction as needed
- Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages student confidence and participation
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and state requirements
