Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active teaching license or eligibility to teach special education in the state
• Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or a related field

• Experience with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet student needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to students with a range of learning and behavioral needs
• Develop, implement, and assess IEPs in compliance with relevant regulations
• Work in partnership with general education teachers, families, and related service providers to ensure student success
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as necessary
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of student records and progress
