Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Special Education Teacher for an opportunity in Hyde Park, Massachusetts. This position is within an elementary school setting and offers the opportunity to support students in inclusive classroom environments.

Position Details

  • Location: Hyde Park, MA 02136
  • Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
  • Hours: 7:00 AM - 2:45 PM
  • Wednesdays: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Professional Development)

Responsibilities

  • Provide special education services within inclusion classrooms
  • Co-teach ELA and/or Math alongside general education teachers
  • Manage a caseload of students with IEPs
  • Monitor student progress and implement accommodations and modifications
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

Requirements

  • Active Massachusetts Special Education License
  • Strong special education experience
  • Experience supporting students in Math and ELA preferred
