Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Must hold a valid Maryland Special Education Teaching License
- Prior experience working with high school-aged students with diverse learning needs preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each student's unique strengths and needs
- Coordinate with school staff, therapists, and families to promote student success

- Maintain accurate records, track progress, and provide feedback on student performance

Role Details:
- Contract, full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Serve high school students in a year-round school setting
