An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher to support diverse learners within a school environment. This role involves working with students who have a range of special needs, implementing individualized education plans, and collaborating closely with educators and support staff. Travel is required as part of this position to serve multiple school locations.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering tailored instructional strategies to meet the individual needs of students with disabilities
• Conducting assessments and tracking student progress in compliance with educational standards
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to create and implement effective educational plans
• Managing classroom environments that foster inclusion, engagement, and positive behavior
• Participating in professional development and team meetings as needed
• Traveling to assigned school sites to provide direct instructional support
