Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid and active North Carolina Special Education Teaching License

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with exceptional needs
  • Deliver targeted instruction and differentiated support within a structured classroom setting
  • Collaborate closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student growth
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of student progress and participate in relevant meetings
  • Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment

Role Details:

  • 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Serve a single location with students ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade
