Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching license/certification for Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field
- Experience working with children or adolescents with mild to moderate or severe disabilities
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and review processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for fostering a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom atmosphere
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to a variety of learning styles and abilities
- Implement and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with team members and families to ensure student success

- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activities
- Employ evidence-based instructional techniques and behavioral supports
