The schedule runs from 7:30am to 4:00pm, averaging 35 hours per week.

Your work will focus on providing targeted instruction in math and social skills to small groups of middle school students in Setting 1-2 classrooms. Youll collaborate closely with another Special Education Teacher and a dedicated, long-serving team of 3-4 paraprofessionals. With a manageable caseload of 15 students, youll have the chance to build meaningful relationships and make measurable progress with each learner.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Tier 2, 3, or 4 License (required)
• Experience supporting middle school-aged students
• Strong background in delivering specialized instruction in math and social skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and paraprofessional support staff
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Adaptability and dedication, with a passion for student growth and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction aligned with IEP goals
