Responsibilities
Provide specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs and classroom accommodations
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
Qualifications
Active Alabama Special Education Teaching certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, classroom management, and collaboration skills
