Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active New Jersey special education teaching license required
- Experience working with students at elementary, middle, or high school levels (any combination welcome)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dedication to fostering inclusive, supportive classroom environments
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to unique student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers to maximize student success
- Employ differentiated instruction strategies and reinforce positive behavior
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Engage families in the learning process and promote strong school-home partnerships
- Participate in relevant staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.00 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
