Qualifications & Skills Sought:
- Active Special Education Teacher certification

- Excellent organizational skills for managing IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Compassion, adaptability, and attention to individualized student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Use evidence-based instructional strategies to support academic and behavioral growth
- Adapt teaching materials to fit students unique learning styles and needs
- Maintain accurate records and communicate progress regularly with stakeholders
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
