Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Oregon Special Educator License
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students across a variety of needs and abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment
• Ability to collaborate with school staff, families, and support professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction designed to help students thrive both academically and socially
• Assess student progress, collect data, and modify instruction to ensure continued growth
• Maintain open, professional communication with parents, caregivers, and educational teams
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development
• Adapt instructional materials and classroom strategies to reflect student abilities and needs
