• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and academic interventions to students in grades 3-6
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive classroom practices
• Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment that addresses various learning styles
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student growth and program strategies
