Qualifications:

• Valid Texas special education credential/certification required
• Experience or knowledge in developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction to students with varying exceptionalities in a K-12 school setting
• Develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and support personnel
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate student records
• Foster a positive, barrier-free learning environment for all students
