Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field (required)
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education (state-specific certification required)
• Prior experience designing and implementing IEPs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Track and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and specialists
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
• Engage with parents and caregivers to ensure consistent support and communication
