In this role, you will:

• Provide individualized instruction tailored to two specific caseloads: a specialized autism class and a resource room
• Develop and execute engaging lesson plans aligned with students IEP goals
• Monitor and report on student progress, making data-driven decisions for instruction
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Work closely with support staff and administration to ensure service delivery and compliance
• Engage in regular communication with parents and guardians
• Participate in professional development and team meetings as needed
