Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and active Pennsylvania Special Education Teacher certification (required)
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred, though all grade level backgrounds are welcome
• Strong collaboration skills for working with fellow educators, parents, and specialists
• Ability to adapt instructional methods and curriculum to meet the diverse needs of varying caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct instruction and interventions to support student growth and progress
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to ensure consistent, targeted support
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student development
• Document progress, manage case files, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
